About the camp:

This camp will teach students to use technology as a tool for art-making; including digital painting, scanning and prepping images to incorporate traditional and digital media, advanced Photoshop techniques and more! Students will have guidance through the whole process, so very little experience is required, just a drive to learn new skills. Thanks to fantastic sponsorship from the Department of Visualization, students will have access to digital tablets for their work.

About the instructor:

Bailey Rogers is an MFA graduate student in the Department of Visualization, a highly interdisciplinary art and science degree unique to A&M. When she is not assistant teaching classes her research and art focuses on drawing, design, and visual storytelling, fueled by a graphic design background. As a professional digital artist, she takes freelance and commissioned work around a job creating illustrations for the A&M Division of Research.
